Municipal nurseries serve very diverse families: languages, schedules, circumstances. A shared digital channel stops each classroom improvising with personal chat groups and guarantees that everyone gets the same information, at the same time, in their own language.
What a council asks before signing
The questions we always get, answered before they are asked:
Data hosted in Spain (EU), encrypted in transit, with every nursery isolated and role-based access: each family only sees what concerns them.
Legal texts adapted to the nursery (privacy and terms) and no cost for families.
A web portal as well as the app: no family is left out for lack of a smartphone.
Every nursery keeps its identity
Each nursery gets its own public website (nursery-name.lyn.cat or, from the Brot plan, its own domain) and, if needed, its colours and logo in the family app (white label). Families see their nursery, not a generic platform; the council gets one tool for all of them.
One default language, 11 for families
The nursery writes in its own language. Each family reads it in theirs: Catalan, Spanish, English, French, Arabic, Chinese, Romanian, Portuguese, Ukrainian, German or Italian. Family replies reach the team in the nursery's language.

Each nursery has its own account and plan, and for municipal networks we offer joint terms. Write to us and we prepare a proposal for the council based on the number of nurseries and children.
No, never. The app is free for every family at the nursery, and anyone without a smartphone uses the web portal.
The data belongs to the nursery. At the end you have 30 days to download it in standard formats (children, families, daily reports, photos); after that we delete it from our servers, as the GDPR requires.
