These terms govern access to and use of the lyn.cat website, owned by Startcat App Development, S.L. (hereafter, «Startcat»). By accessing the site you accept these terms; if you do not agree, please leave the site.

1. Provider identification

The provider's identification details are listed in the legal notice.

2. Purpose

lyn.cat is the informational website of Lyncat Niu, a service under development aimed at nurseries and early-years education centres. The site currently allows you to:

• Learn about the product, its features and pricing.
• Sign up for the newsletter.
• Request early access (waitlist) or a demo through the contact form.

Lyncat Niu subscriptions are contracted separately, after we get in touch and validate your case. These terms do not govern delivery of the contracted service, which will be governed by the specific agreement signed at that point.

3. Access and use

Access to the site is free of charge. You agree to use the site and its forms in accordance with the law, public order and these terms, and not to make any use that may:

• Cause damage to Startcat's systems or to third parties.
• Introduce viruses, malicious code or attempt unauthorised access.
• Submit false information, impersonate another person or organisation, or send unsolicited bulk communications.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All site content (text, images, logos, source code, design, trademarks and the «Lyncat Niu» name) is owned by Startcat App Development, S.L. or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation is forbidden without express written authorisation.

5. External links

The site may contain links to third-party websites. Startcat does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or policies.

6. Data protection

The processing of personal data you provide through forms is governed by our privacy policy.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Startcat works to keep the site operational, secure and updated, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Startcat will not be liable for damages arising from the use of the site, except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of the site will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer protection regulations establish a different jurisdiction.
